Whew! Longs is sketchy! Glad everything turned out ok. That will certainly make for a good story down the road. (Do I hear a guest post coming? Pretty please?)

And yeah, I’m with you. People freak out because my husband is a bull rider all the time. The jaw drops, the eyes bug out, the questions start pouring out, “OMG! Can you watch? Isn’t it scary?! Aren’t you afraid he’s going to break an arm/die/suffer sever head trauma and you’ll be bound to a vegetable for the rest of your life?!” (That last one, in not so many words was my mom. That a was lovely conversation.)

Seriously?! Ok, yes, it is a “dangerous” profession but so is commuting to the office for Pete’s sake.

A bronc rider was recently killed and so no surprise there, I heard ALL about it and what was my reaction?! Of course, there was no mention made of the kid who was killed by farm equipment or the one who died while tubing the river, both of which all happened withing 2 weeks or so of each other. *sigh* Oh well.

And apparently that was bothering me and I needed to get it off my chest…Thanks for unleashing the fury.
